This notice covers Rapduo at rapduoai.com, including its studio, account pages, payments and support tickets. “We” refers to the team operating this service. 2. What happens to your photos

When you request a video, your uploaded photos and topic are processed to provide that request. This can involve our storage and AI processing providers. Rapduo does not add your uploads to a public gallery by default. An unlisted file URL is not the same as guaranteed private access: do not share upload or result links with people you do not intend to receive them.

3. Information we receive

Google sign-in supplies account information such as your name, email address and profile image, together with an identifier needed to recognise your account. We also process your uploads, generation settings, task status, result links, credit transactions, order references and support messages. Basic server logs may include IP address, browser information and request timing for operation and security.

4. Why we use this information

We use information to authenticate you, process the creation you requested, show your task history, calculate credits, handle payments and answer support requests. We also use operational records to investigate failures, prevent abuse and keep the service working. If a new use requires a separate choice or notice, we will provide it before applying that use.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment and AI providers may receive the information needed for their role. Your photos and brief must reach the processing provider to generate the video; the provider’s own applicable terms and retention practices also matter. Payment providers handle card details; Rapduo stores order and payment references rather than complete card numbers. We may disclose records when required by law or needed to address fraud or protect the service. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention and deletion requests

We retain account, creation and operational records while needed to provide the service, resolve support matters and meet applicable obligations. Some billing or security records may need to remain after an account is closed. To request removal of account data, uploads or results, submit a support ticket identifying the relevant account or task. Removal from active systems may take time to propagate to backups and external providers.

7. Protecting the service

We use measures such as encrypted connections, credential controls and restricted administrative access. You should protect your Google account and avoid sharing result links carelessly. No internet service can promise absolute security. Tell us through support if you believe your account or a file has been accessed inappropriately.

8. Your choices

You can edit available profile settings, stop using the service and ask us to review access, correction, export or deletion requests. The rights available depend on the laws that apply to you and the records involved. We may need information to verify a request without collecting more than necessary. Essential cookies support sign-in and preferences; your browser can control stored cookies, although blocking them can affect those features.

9. Participants and children

Only upload people’s photos with the permissions needed for your purpose. Rapduo is not intended for use by children under 18. Do not upload a minor’s image or sensitive personal information. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact support so we can review the material.

10. Where processing happens

Our service providers may process data in countries different from your own. Where applicable, transfers are handled according to the relevant legal requirements and provider arrangements. Ask us through support for information about the providers involved in a particular request.

11. Updates and contact
