1. Agreement to use the service

By using Rapduo you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not submit content or purchase credits. These terms apply to rapduoai.com and the service features offered there. Any rights that applicable law makes non-waivable continue to apply.

2. What the studio provides

Rapduo generates short AI performances from reference photos, a topic and selected settings. A result is a generated interpretation, not evidence that a person actually performed or said something. Model behaviour, available settings and processing time can vary. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, particular wording or a result suitable for every publication context.

3. Your account

Use the Google sign-in flow to create or access your account. You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information and do not share access in a way that bypasses limits or exposes another person’s data. Tell support promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

4. Photos, consent and permissions

You are responsible for the rights and permissions for every photo, person and topic you submit. Only use participants who agreed to the intended use; obtain agreement to public sharing separately where needed. Do not upload minors, impersonate a public figure, use an intimate image without consent or make misleading evidence of real conduct. A photo found online is not automatically available for this use.

5. Credits, orders and subscriptions

Paid creation uses credits. Review the cost displayed in the studio and the purchase terms at checkout before submitting. The receipt and plan description state the amount, validity and any recurring billing period. Subscription cancellation ends future renewals according to the billing interface; it does not automatically reverse completed charges. A confirmed failed generation returns the credits reserved for that task. Purchase refund requests follow the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or other unlawful purposes. Do not bypass account controls, abuse APIs, interfere with the service or extract another user’s data. We may block content or suspend access to investigate or prevent misuse. Safety checks do not replace your responsibility to review the result.

7. Inputs and generated results

You keep whatever rights you already have in your inputs. You give us and the providers involved permission to process them as needed to fulfil your request and operate the service. Subject to these terms and applicable rights, you may download the results available in your account. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright protection everywhere. No permission here overrides another person’s likeness, music or other rights.

8. Availability and changes

The service depends on external infrastructure and AI providers. Features may be changed, limited or unavailable during maintenance, provider incidents or safety review. Keep your own downloaded copies of results you need. We may change features or pricing prospectively; the price shown for a new transaction governs that purchase.

9. Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using Rapduo and request account deletion through support. We may suspend or close accounts for material misuse, legal requirements or service protection. Where practical we will explain a restriction and allow relevant information to be reviewed. Billing, security and legal records may remain as described in the privacy policy.

10. Responsibility and limits

Use the service with an understanding of the uncertainty of generated output. Review it before relying on it or publishing it. To the extent applicable law permits, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation, exact accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Any limitation of liability applies only as far as legally permitted and does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will identify the current version with the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate. Continuing use after updated terms take effect is subject to the new terms; existing non-waivable rights remain protected.

Use the support ticket page for questions about these terms, your account, a task or an order. Include the relevant identifiers and a concise description. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or provider credentials.
